Whether you have an Mitel or other system at your main location, we can provide repair and/or MAC service for your geographically distributed Mitel system. We will respond promptly, confirm the service or repair work to be provided, and manage that service, repair, move, add or change for you.


Whether your need is to move existing equipment or to expand or otherwise
change the existing system and line facilities, we will deliver the local
technician, normally on a next-day basis. Where there is a question whether
the installed system will support the desired change, we will first define
what may be needed to accomplish the change to your Mitel equipment.
In some cases it is possible to define that from our headquarters call
center. When that is possible, the technician will arrive with the necessary
Mitel cards and phones. When that is not possible to do, we will arrange
for a site visit. And we manage the engineering work to be sure it is
done promptly.

If the service work involves significant cost, we can manage the engineering work to be sure that you receive a quote promptly. Upon your approval, we manage the work from dispatch of the order until satisfactory completion.

In most cases our local service provider will supply the equipment needed. The Mitel systems supported include the SX-20, SX-50, SX-100, and SX-200. Our service capabilities include providing refurbished equipment where the product has been manufacturer discontinued or where cost argues for this attractive alternative. For most Mitel systems we are able to supply, install and program phones, voice mail systems, battery backup, conference phones and cabling.
